Play DVD on Classroom Computer
- With the projection system ON, select PC/PC Main on the control panel.
- Note: If there is no image, move the mouse or press a key on the keyboard to wake the computer.
- Log in to the computer using your BGSU ID and password.
- Plug DVD drive into the USB port on the classroom computer.
- Insert your disc into the DVD drive.
- On the computer desktop, double-click VLC to start your media.
- Log off when you have finished using the classroom computer — do not shut down.
Troubleshooting: Blank Screen or No Signal
Verify Computer/PC is Powered ON
The computer is either located behind the monitor, in the wall AV cabinet, or in the Enook.
Toggle Display Mute
Press the Display Mute button on the control panel.
Verify Media
Disc media are encoded for specific geographical regions: USA-enabled media are encoded for Region 1/A; media from other regions will not work.
