Issue

  • The classroom monitor is not showing any picture 
  • The classroom monitor is blank 

Environment

Resolution

  1. Make sure that the monitor is ON (power button is located on the bottom right-hand corner). 
  2. On the control panel, switch to a different input, then back. 
  3. Turn the monitor OFF and then back ON. 
  4. Make sure that the cables going to the monitor are secure.
  5. If you continue to experience this issue, contact Classroom Technology Support at 419-372-9400 and provide the following information:
    • Classroom location, including building name and room number 
    • Nature of the issue
