Printing Options/Settings for Office Printers

Safari

1. Select Printer from Printer List. 
2. Expand Printer Options.
   1. To print in color: 
      1. Select the “i” next to Quality. 
      2. Set Select Color to Auto Color.
   2. To print single or double-sided: 
      1. Select the “i” next to Layout / Finish. 
      2. Select the Layout tab. 
      3. Change Print Type to either 2-Sided or 1-Sided. 
   3. To staple: 
      1. Select the “i” next to Layout / Finish. 
      2. Select the Finish tab. 
      3. Check the Staple box .
3. Select OK followed by Print. 

Chrome

1. Select Printer from the Destination List. 
2. Select More settings.
3. Select Print using system dialog… 
4. Select Printer from Printer List.
5. Expand Printer Options. 
   1. To print in color: 
      1. Select the “i” next to Quality. 
      2. Set Select Color to Auto Color.
   2. To print single or double-sided: 
      1. Select the “i” next to Layout / Finish. 
      2. Select the Layout tab.

2. Select Print using system dialog…
3. Select Printer from Printer List, 
4. Expand Printer Options.

   2. To print single or double-sided: 
      1. Select the “i” next to Layout / Finish. 
      2. Select the Layout tab.

5. Select OK followed by Print.

2. Select the Printer from the Printer List.
3. Select Printer…
4. Select Yes to the Pop-Up asking if you want to continue. 
5. Scroll down and expand Printer Options. 
   1. To print in color:
      1. Select the “i” next to Quality. 
      2. Set Select Color to Auto Color.
   2. To print single or double-sided: 
      1. Select the “i” next to Layout / Finish. 
      2. Select the Layout tab. 
      3. Change Print Type to either 2-Sided or 1-Sided. 
   3. To staple:
      1. Select the “i” next to Layout / Finish. 
      2. Select the Finish tab. 
      3. Check the Staple box.
6. Select OK followed by Print.
7. Select Print again.

1. Select Office Printer in Destination. 
   1. To print in color: 
      1. Select Color under Color.
   2. To print single or double-sided: 
      1. Select More settings. 
      2. Check the box next to Two-sided for double-sided printing. 
      3. Uncheck the box next to Two-sided for single sided printing. 
   3. To staple: 
      1. Select More settings. 
      2. Select Print using system dialog... 
      3. Select the correct printer. 
      4. Select the Preferences button. 
      5. Select the Finish tab. 
      6. Check the box next to Staple. 
      7. Please note: If you need color or single sided printing with stapling it will need to be set on the Printing Preferences window as well: 
         1. Select My Tab. 
         2. Set Auto Color under Select Color.
         3. Set 1-Sided under Print Type.
      8. Select OK.
2. Select Print.

1. Select Office Printer in Destination.  
   1. To print in color: 
      1. Select Color under Color Mode.
   2. To print single or double-sided: 
      1. Select More settings.
      2. Set Off under Two-sided printing to print single sided. 
      3. Set Flip on long/short edge under Two-sided printing to print double-sided. 
   3. To staple: 
      1. Select More settings.
      2. Select Print using system dialog... 
      3. Select the correct printer.
      4. Select the Preferences button. 
      5. Select the Finish. 
      6. Check the box next to Staple. 
      7. Please note: If you need color or single sided printing with stapling it will need to be set on the Printing Preferences window as well: 
         1. Select My Tab.  
         2. Set Auto Color under Select Color. 
         3. Set 1-Sided under Print Type. 
   4. Select OK. 
2. Select Print.

Edge

1. Select Office Printer in Printer List.  
   1. To print in color: 
      1. Select Color under Color.
   2. To print single or double-sided: 
      1. Set Print on one side under Print on both sides to print single sided.
      2. Set Print on both sides under Print on both sides to print double sided. 
   3. To staple:
      1. Select Print using system dialog...
      2. Select the correct printer.
      3. Select the Preferences button. 
      4. Select the Finish tab.
      5. Check the box next to Staple. 
      6. Please note: If you need color or single sided printing with stapling it will need to be set on the Printing Preferences window as well: 
         1. Select My Tab.  
         2. Set Auto Color under Select Color. 
         3. Set 1-Sided under Print Type. 
      7. Select OK.
2. Select Print.

2. Select Properties.
   1. To print in color:
      1. Set Auto Color under Select Color.
   2. To print single or double-sided:  
      1. Set 1-Sided under Print type to print single sided.
      2. Set 2-Sided under Print type to print double sided. 
   3. To staple:
      1. Select the Finish tab. 
      2. Check the box next to staple. 
3. Select OK.
4. Select Print. 

Some files printed from Adobe products (e.g. Acrobat, Photoshop) may not print as expected.

To resolve this issue use the Print as Image option in the Adobe print window.

In the Adobe print window (no changes needed in Print Properties/Driver)

1. At the top of the window select the Advanced button.
2. Select the Print as Image check box.
3. Select OK.
4. Select Print.

Print as Image will stay as default until the adobe application is closed. You will need to repeat this process if you close the application then reopen it to complete another print job.
