What is Web Clock?

The student Web Clock tool, located under the Employee tab in MyBGSU, is an electronic time collection tool used by BGSU student employees to track their time while working for the University as a student employee.

Access Web Clock

To access Web Clock:

Log in to my.bgsu.edu with your BGSU username and password.
Select Employee from the left navigation menu.
Select Web Clock [On Campus/VPN Only) from the left navigation menu under the Time and Labor Employee header.
1. You must be physically on Eduroam network or BGSU VPN to access.*
You are now in the Web Clock tool and can record your time in/out.

*Per Student Employment Services, if you are working off campus/remotely, you will need to work with your supervisor to manually log your hours.
