Reset Password/Password Issues
Option One: Security Questions
From the login site, select Forgotten Password and answer your security question.
Option Two: Reset Password
If you do not remember the answer to your security questions, contact the Information Technology Services. You will need to be able to access the email address you used to sign up for the account.
Blank Window Issue
If, after clicking on View Bill & Make Payment, a new window opens up, but there is nothing there please check to ensure that your pop-ups are enabled.

"Select A Student Error"/Accepting Terms And Conditions
When attempting to view student information, if you receive a message that says "Select A Student" but are unable to select a student, you may not have accepted the terms and conditions for Access BGSU. To do so, follow the following steps:
- Log in to Access BGSU.
- Select the Password tile (it will be the tile with the asterisk/star icon).
- Navigate to the Terms and Conditions.
- Slide the bar to Yes next to I accept the terms and conditions.
- Enter the DA Security Key from the email you received when you were first granted access in the box next to DA Security Key.
- Enter your email in the box next to Contact Email.
- Select Submit at the bottom of the page.
- You should now be able to view your student's information.
