How do I save an ITS Service Catalog page (service) or Knowledge Base article to my favorites?

TeamDynamix, the application ITS uses to manage its Service Catalog and Knowledge Base allows users to save services and/or Knowledge Base articles to their "favorites" within the application.
Save Page/Article to My Favorites

Navigate to the service or KB article you would like to save to your favorites.
- KB articles are saved to the My Favorite Articles page and services are saved to the My Favorite Services.
- Select the brown Add to Favorites button.
- The button color will change to blue to indicate it has been added to your favorites.
Access My Favorite Articles (Favorited KB Articles)
- Select Knowledge Base from the top navigation menu.
- Select My Favorites.
- Select the article you would like to view.
- To remove the article from your favorites, select the Remove button.
Access My Favorite Services (Favorited Services)
- Select Services from the top navigation menu.
- Select My Favorites.
- Select the service you would like to view.
- To remove the service from your favorites, select the Remove button.
