How do I create and use VPN Web Bookmarks??
Answer
VPN Web Bookmarks allow you to bookmark websites and web tools that are only available on campus (for example, PeopleSoft CSS/FMS/HCM, Adobe Campaign, Timesheet, Confluence, etc.) for quick access from the VPN dashboard while connecting from a university-owned device while off-campus.
Creating a New Bookmark
- Log in to the VPN.
- Select the plus (+) icon in the grey Web Bookmarks bar.
- Enter the bookmark's name.
- Enter the destination URL in the URL field.
- Choose your preferred display option(s).
- Select Add Bookmark.
- You can now open your bookmarked link at any time when connected to the VPN web interface.
Accessing an Existing Bookmark
- Log in to the VPN.
- Select any of the bookmarked links listed in the Web Bookmarks section.
- Your bookmarked link should now be available.
