How do I use GlobalProtect VPN Web Portal?

Answer

The GlobalProtect VPN Web Portal will allow you to access websites and web tools that are only available on campus (for example, PeopleSoft CSS/FMS/HCM, Timesheet, etc.) from a web browser for quick access while off-campus.

  1. Log into the GlobalProtect VPN Web Portal at bgsuvpn.gpcloudservice.com. 
  2. Select Application URL in the upper right corner.
  3. Enter the destination URL in the Application URL field.
  4. Select Go.
  5. The website will open in a new browser.

Please note: Approving PeopleSoft roles or permissions through the GlobalProtect VPN Web Portal on a personal device is not available. While some PeopleSoft information can be viewed in a browser, all approval tasks must be completed on a BGSU device
