If you already have a reservation, this guide will assist you in getting access to the room on the date of your reservation.

East Hall 115/116, Psychology 103, and Music 0108

If an instructor has a reservation in these labs and does not have door/alarm access, he/she should contact Ginny Pinkelman via email at ginnyg@bgsu.edu or by phone at 419-372-2006 to get an instructor code. All emailed lab confirmations contain lab access codes. Please review your confirmation.

Hayes Hall 107

If an instructor has a reservation in Hayes 107 Lab and does not have access, he/she can stop by the Technology Support Center, Hayes Hall 110, and a staff member will open the lab for them when needed for a class.

Hayes Hall 020

If an instructor has a reservation for Hayes 020 Lab and does not have access, he/she can speak to Lisa Weihl in the Computer Science (CS) department in room 225. ITS does not have access to this room and is unable to assist.
