**Please Note: You may receive a pop-up that you do not have the required privileges to access the system. Please still attempt to login with your BGSU username and password; this should give you full access to the interface. If you still experience issues after attempting to login, please contact the Technology Support Center (TSC). 

Disabling Video:

Press the applications button, with the gear icon, on your phone and then dial 2-4-2.  To exit the menu press the apply button from the soft key, and then press back, back and apply with the first soft key each time. 

Phone display black/not showing BGSU background:

The phone displays are set to be active from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.  Outside of these hours, the display is off but pressing any button or lifting the handset will turn the display on. 

BGSU Phone Directory - user name not found:

This phone directory information is published as new users are added to the new phone system.  The BGSU phone directory will include all users as long as they are in the system.

Is there a way to block numbers on my office phone?

There is currently no way to block numbers on office telephones.
