What do I do if I need assistance streaming an event using Cisco Telepresence?

Answer

Classroom Technology Services (CTS) is available to assist with your telepresence needs. Request must be made 30 days in advance of the event so that technical issues can be considered and resolved.  

Please be prepared to provide: meeting specs, room location, number of clients attending the streamed event, testing call with the distance site, etc.
