How can I change my payroll direct deposit information?
Answer
- Log in to my.bgsu.edu.
- Select Employees from the navigation menu on the left-hand side of the page.
- Select Direct Deposit (On Campus/VPN Only) from the navigation menu on the left-hand side of the page under the heading Payroll Information.
- You may add a new account by selecting Add Account, or edit an existing account by selecting the hyperlinked account name.
Please note that this requires a secure connection for access:
- If working remotely, you must connect to the BGSU VPN.
- Information about the BGSU VPN is available here.
- If working on-campus, you must connect the eduroam Wi-Fi network, or on-campus wired Ethernet connection.
