How do I successfully copy a Canvas quiz from one course to another that has Respondus Lockdown Browser added to it?
Answer
When copying content from one course to another, if that content includes a quiz with Respondus Lockdown Browser, please be sure to follow the steps below:
- Open the new Canvas course.
- Launch the Lockdown Browser dashboard once from within the new course
- This will re-create the connection and ensure that the Lockdown Browser is successfully added to the newly created quiz.
The Lockdown Browser dashboard is located on the left navigation menu of your Canvas course.
