Clear Cache/History in Internet Explorer


How do I delete cookies, cache and history?


Occasionally, the university will perform necessary upgrades to our websites and services. After one of these websites or services are updated, users may run into issues regarding the aforementioned upgrades. If you run into any issues, you can try one of the following resolutions.

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Select Tools  from the menu bar.
    • If the menu bar is missing, right-click on the empty space above the address bar and select menu bar.
  3. Scroll down and select Internet Options.
  4. Select delete.
  5. Uncheck Preserve Favorites website data and check each box below.
  6. Select delete to finish the process. Restart Internet Explorer.
