What is it?

The process for reporting an issue with a BGSU printer or multifunction device.

Where to get it?

Should you need service on your Xerox product or network laser printer, please contact ComDoc. ComDoc is BGSU’s contracted printing management company that handles all university printing, copying and scanning needs, including all services and supplies.

How to use it?

To report an issue with a printing device, please contact ComDoc. Please be sure to have the equipment contract number (locate the ComDoc Sticker on the front of the machine – the printed number is your contract #) ready when calling.

If you are having trouble printing only specific documents, or if others in your area are able to print to the printer you are having trouble with, please Contact the Technology Support Center. 

How much does it cost?

There are no costs associated with this service.
