What is it?

MATLAB is the high-level language and interactive environment used by millions of engineers and scientists worldwide. The software allows users explore and visualize ideas and collaborate across disciplines including signal and image processing, communications, control systems, and computational finance.

Where to get it?

Computer Labs

The base tool is located in four computer labs:

  • Math Sci 240
  • College of Business Labs
  • Technology 247
  • Psychology 203

Individual University Machines

Any faculty or staff member can request to have this installed on their machine using this form.

Personal Machines

If you would like to install the software on your personal machine, use the instructions here for Faculty/Staff or for Students

**Faculty/staff please note, if you choose to install MatLab using the Application Catalog rather than the instructions above, then you will not be able to access the tool from off campus**
