What is it?

This service allows users to schedule a WebEx meeting.

Where to get it?

Select the "Launch WebEx" button on this page to launch WebEx. Users will need their BGSU username and password to login and schedule a meeting.

Students at BGSU can join WebEx sessions created by Faculty and Staff members and review recorded sessions using the tools detailed in this article.

How to use it?

BGSU currently supports two different types of meetings for faculty/staff:

Meeting Center - Setting up a meeting through Meeting Center allows the host, and others, to present information, share documents and collaborate with up to 100 participants.

Event Center - Event Center meetings can reach up to 3,000 participants and is ideal for hosting webinars, hands-on meetings and collaboration sessions that require the sharing of documents and information. If you require Event Center services to host your meeting, please contact the Technology Support Center.

Audio Technology Requirements

WebEx supports the use of telephone or computers to hear and speak to others during meetings. 



Mobile Compatibility

WebEx supports and includes apps for: iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows Phone 8 and Blackberry 10. Click here to download the apps.
