How do I use my personal room to host a meeting in Webex?


To start a meeting using your personal room, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to
  2.  Select Sign In and login using your BGSU credentials
  3. Select the green Start Meeting button.
  4. Choose your preferred audio and preferred video connection.
  5. Use the buttons along the bottom of the meeting window to control the available options, such as mute, share content, record, chat, invite, etc
  6. To end your meeting select the red X icon.
