How do I set a default browser on a Windows device?

Follow the instructions below to set a default browser on your Windows machine.

1. Open the Start Menu (Windows icon).
2. Select Settings (gear icon, bottom left).
3. Select Apps
4. Select Default Apps from the left panel.
5. Select the browser listed under Web browser.
6. Choose your preferred default browser from the app menu that appears.
7. Close window.
