What do I do if my Duo authentication device has been lost/stolen/destroyed?

Answer

If your authentication device has been lost/stolen/destroyed, contact ITS for a temporary Duo passcode so you can access your BGSU accounts. Passcode will be valid for five days. To provide additional time to locate/repair/replace your Duo authentication device, check the Remember me for 30 days box on the Duo authentication screen.
