Configure ChromeBook for Mobility Print

How do I install the Mobility Print driver on my personal Windows device?

Users must be connected to the BGSU eduroam network in order to complete this setup.

Installing the Mobility Print Driver

Step One: Follow the link below and select Add to Chrome to download the extension.

Step Two: Close out of the Chrome Web Store and go to the webpage or file that you would like to print, and then select the print option.

Step Three: Please make sure the selected printer is a BGSU Papercut printer – there will be a green PaperCut icon located to the right of the printer name if it is.

Step Four: Click Print, and then sign in to the PaperCut pop-up with your BGSU username and password.

Step Five: Click Sign in and print to print your document.

Please Note: Color prints are selected by default. If you would like to print in black and white, please change these settings in your Printer Properties prior to printing your document.

Retreiving your Printed Document

Step One: Visit one of our many Mobility Print release stations on campus.

Step Two: Swipe your BGSU ID card on the touch panel OR select the keyboard icon in the top right corner of the screen and enter your BGSU username and password.

Step Three: You will now see your list of available prints in the virtual printer queue. Select the document(s) you would like to print on the touch panel and then click Print.

Step Four: Once your document has been released, you will see a "print job released successfully" notification on the touch panel

Step Five: Retrieve your document. You can then logout of the printer by clicking Log Out in the top right corner of the touch panel, OR you will be automatically logged out after approximately one minute of inactivity.
