How can I view my W-2 form?
Answer
If you are an employee of BGSU, you will be able to view your W-2 form by logging in to your MyBGSU account. This can only be done while on-campus and cannot be viewed any other way.
- Once logged in, Select the Employees tab at the top of the page.
- From the left navigation, select View W-2/W-2c Forms,
- In order to view your W-2 online, you will first need to complete the W-2/W-2c Consent form.
- Select the desired year of W-2 form to view.
- If you experience issues opening the W-2, ensure that pop-ups are allowed by your web browser.
If you are not a current employee of BGSU, you will not be able to access your W-2 form in MyBGSU. For information about having it mailed to you, you will need to contact Payroll at 419-372-2201.
