Question

How do I reboot my Cisco Desk Telephone?

Resolution

  1. Unplug the blue Ethernet cable in the port labeled Network located on the back of the phone. 
  2. Wait 10 seconds and then plug the cable back in.
    • Must be plugged into the same slot. The phone not booting up is an indicator they were not plugged correctly.
  3. The telephone should now begin to turn back on.
