DocuSign: Unable to Sign Contract

Question

I am unable to see a contract through DocuSign, what do I do?

Answer

If you are unable to see a contract sent to you through DocuSign, try going through these steps:

Use Only The Link In Your Email 

You will only ever be able to see your contract by clicking on the link you see in your email.

If you do not see an email with your contract, make sure you check your Clutter folder.

My Contract Email is Blank

If you are using the "light" version of the BGSU Webmail or and older email client, the content of the emails from DocuSign may not display properly.

Selecting the forward message option will allow you to see the link to your contract.

Error When Clicking Contract Link

If you see an error after clicking a link to your contract, log out of your email and MyBGSU and do not sign back in before clicking the link again. Clicking the link should take you to the login screen.
