Faculty, Staff, Student Employees

What is it?

This service should be used to report issues with a university-owned computer. Examples include:

  • Computer not turning on
  • Blue screen or other software error
  • Potential viruses
  • Issues with keyboards, monitors, mice or other university-owned accessories

Contact the Technology Support Center.

How to use it?

A Technology Support Center staff member will assist you in attempting to resolve the issue with your computer. If they are unable to resolve the issue immediately, they will schedule an in person technician visit to resolve the issue.

How much does it cost?

There are no costs associated with this service.
