How do I use the interactive touchscreen monitor to annotate in PowerPoint?

Follow the steps below to use the interactive touchscreen monitor to annotate in PowerPoint.

1. Open the PowerPoint file.
2. Start the slide show.
3. Tap once near the bottom left corner of the screen to bring up the interactive menu.
4. The first two icons (left and right arrow) allow you to move back and forth throughout the presentation. 
5. The pen icon opens the annotation menu.
   • Select from pen, highlighter or laser pointer options. 
6. Use your finger or a stylus to write, draw, highlight or point directly on the presentation.
7. Upon closing the PowerPoint application, you will be asked if you would like to save your annotations.
