MyBGSU Google Chrome Browser Scrolling Issue

Information and workaround for a scrolling issue identified in MyBGSU for users using the Google Chrome browser.

Chrome browsers have an issue where they cannot scroll down the page if a user is either: 

1. Using the mouse wheel or trackpad while over a widget, or

2. On a mobile device and trying to scroll when first touching the widgets.

In both instances, if users attempt the same action while over the area between widgets, it will work fine.
