What is the fax retention timeframe for BGSU faxes?

The fax retention timeframe for BGSU faxes is 21 days. If you wish to keep a fax for more than 21 days, you must download the fax file and save it elsewhere. 21 days after a fax is received it will be automatically deleted from the RightFax web application (FaxUtil).
