What is the ITS Start of Term Freeze?
Answer
Information Technology Services (ITS) places a "freeze" on appointments for routine operating system upgrades and replacement device installation requests during the first two weeks of the fall and spring semesters in order to prioritize support for the start of the semester and new hire devices. Any requests for this type of support will be scheduled out for after the freeze period so please plan accordingly.
