BGSU Guest Network Accept Terms Page Does Not Appear

After connecting to BGSU guest wireless and loading browser, Accept Terms of Use page does not appear.

After connecting to the BGSU Guest Network and launching a web browser, the screen is blank.  There is no agreement displaying to to accept the terms of use, follow steps below to resolve. 

1. Connect to the BGSU Guest Network.
2. Open a Web Browser (IE. Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox).
3. In the URL box, type http://neverssl.com or http://1.1.1.1 and click enter.  
4. You will be automatically redirected to the webpage to accept the Terms of Use for the BGSU Guest Network.
5. Select Agree to the Acceptable Use policy and access is granted.  
6. Access is granted for the current day.
