Managing Testers In the OnBase Test Scripts Application (Functional Lead)

How does a Functional Lead add a new tester and/or assign a tester to test scripts? to the OnBase QA Test Scripts application? 

​​​​​​​Adding a New Tester To the OnBase QA Test Scripts Application

1. Select the Areas filter.
2. Double-click on the Functional Area (department) to which you would like to add a Tester.
3. To add an existing OnBase user as a Tester, select the circle with plus (+) sign icon, locate and select the user you would like to add, and select OK.
4. To add a new user to OnBase as a Tester, select the plus (+) sign icon, enter the BGSU username, First Name and Last Name of the user you would like to add, and select Save, Save and New (to add another user) or Save and Close.

Assign a Tester in the OnBase QA Test Scripts Application

1. While in a specific test script, input or search for the Tester's username in the BGSU Username field.
2. Select the username and then select OK.
3. Select Save or Save and Close.
4. The user will now be assigned as a Tester for that test script.
