IT Ongoing Operations
- Ongoing operations are the regular, repetitive activities performed at the university to maintain smooth operations and provide services. They are essential for the day-to-day functioning of the university and support business processes to keep everything running efficiently. Examples of ongoing operational activities include updating existing interfaces, upgrades, patching, building reports using an existing data warehouse model, or conducting a Business Process Review (BPR).

IT New Project
- An IT New Project is a temporary effort aimed at creating something new to help grow and improve university systems, structures, or processes. Unlike ongoing operational tasks, projects have a defined start and end date, and are designed to meet specific university goals. Once those goals are met, the project is completed. Examples of new projects include launching a new application, adding software or hardware, or integrating a new module into an existing technology platform.
