Question

How do I access/sign-in to my BGSU Zoom account?

Answer

BGSU faculty, staff and students have access to BGSU's Zoom Enterprise plan and can log in to/access Zoom via either website or by downloading an application to their device. Follow these instructions to access Zoom vie web or desktop app:

First Time Setup and Zoom Web Application

  1. Navigate to bgsu-edu.zoom.us.
  2. Select Sign In.
  3. Enter your BGSU email address and password. 

Zoom Meetings App (Installed on device)*

  1. Launch the Zoom Meetings app.
  2. Select Sign In.
  3. Select Sign In with SSO.
  4. Enter bgsu-edu in the box that appears. 
    1. In the browser window that opens, if prompted, log in using your BGSU email address and password. 
  5. Select the link that appears to launch the Zoom Meetings app.

*University Windows devices can install via Software Center. University Mac devices will require admin privileges to install.
