Configure Apple Computer For Mobility Print

Question

How do I install the Mobility Print driver on my personal Apple computer?

Answer

Be sure to use your BGSU credentials when logging in and printing, NOT your Mac computer account credentials.

Users must be connected to the BGSU eduroam network in order to complete this setup. For information on connecting your Apple device to eduroam, click here

While following the steps below, if promoted to save credentials for Mobility Print do not allow it. Saving your credentials will cause problems the next time you change your password.

If unable to use the Mobility Print, you may have your credentials saved to your KeyChain. Follow the steps below to remove that password.

  1. Using the Spotlight (top right), search for KeyChain Access.
  2. Open KeyChain Access.
  3. From the list of password, remove the password that shows bgsuprint.bgsu.edu.
  4. Try to print at this time, it should prompt you for your current MyBGSU username and password.
