Configure Windows Computer For Mobility Print


How do I install the Mobility Print driver on my personal Windows device?


Users must be connected to the BGSU eduroam network in order to complete this setup. For information on connecting your Windows machine to eduroam, click here

Installing the Mobility Print Driver

1. Follow the link below to install the driver on your device.

2. Select BG-Print-Color [printserver 3] in the Printer Selection window and Select Next.

3. Enter your BGSU username and password. Click Next.

4. Select Finish.

5. Navigate to the document you would like to print and open the Print dialog in that application.

6. Verify BG-Print-Color [printserver3] is the selected printer.

7. Print your document.

Please Note: Color prints are selected by default. To print in black and white, change settings in your Printer Properties prior to printing your document.


Retreiving your Printed Document

1. Visit a Mobility Print release station on campus.

2. Swipe your BGSU ID card on the touch panel OR select the keyboard icon in the top right corner of the screen and enter your BGSU username and password.

3. Your available prints will display. Select the document(s) you would like to print on the touch panel and then select Print

4. Once your document has been released, you will see a "print job released successfully" notification on the touch panel.

5. Retrieve your document. Logout of the printer by selecting Log Out in the top right corner of the touch panel, OR you will be automatically logged out after approximately one minute of inactivity.
