Rebooting Your Cisco Desk Telephone

Question

How do I reboot my Cisco Desk Telephone?

Resolution

  1. Unplug the blue Ethernet cable in the port labeled Network located on the back of the phone. 
  2. Wait 10 seconds and then plug the cable back in.
    • Cable must be plugged into the same connector.  If the phone is not booting up it is an indicator that it was not plugged into the correct connector.
  3. Telephone will now turn back on.
