Zoom Attendance Reports

Can I get a attendance report for a past Zoom meeting?

To view a Zoom meeting attendance report:

1. Log in to the Zoom web application.
2. Select Reports from the left navigation menu.
3. Select Usage.
4. Use the calendar tool to select a one-month duration in which your meeting occurred and select Search.
5. Find your meeting from the list that appears.
6. Under the Participants heading, you will see the number of meeting participants.
7. Select the number of participants to view participant details.
8. Select Export to export the meeting participant data as a CSV file.
