BGSU Voicemail FAQ

To change your voicemail greeting:

1. Access your BGSU voicemail by following these instructions. 
2. After entering your voicemail pin, press 4.
3. Press 1 to change greeting.
4. Follow the prompts to update/change your voicemail greeting.

To reset your BGSU voicemail PIN, please submit a Reset Voicemain PIN request form to ITS. 

To call/transfer directly to a BGSU employee's voicemail, add an asterisk (*) to the start of their five-digit extension.

For example, if you were attempting to reach someone with the on-campus extension 2-5555, you could reach their voicemail directly by dialing *2-5555.
