- Login to Adobe Sign.
- Select Manage from the top navigation.
- Left navigation menu displays the status of all of your agreements:
- In Progress - Documents currently in progress.
- Waiting for You - Documents that need your attention/signature.
- Completed - Documents that are completed.
- Canceled - Documents that have been canceled.
- Expired - Documents that expired before they could be completed.
- Draft - Documents in draft mode/waiting to be sent.
- Select any status to view and manage those documents.
- Search for agreements by entering text into the search field.
In Progress
When viewing documents in progress, hover over the document name and select Open to open the document and review it or select Remind to remind recipients to complete their tasks.
- Set the Reminder Frequency.
- Select who you would like to remind.
- Add an optional message.
- Select Create to send/schedule the reminder(s)
Waiting For You
When viewing documents waiting for you, hover over the document name and select Open to open the document and review it, or select Sign to sign it now.
Completed
When viewing completed documents, hover over the document name and select Open to open the document and review it, or select Download PDF to download a copy to save to your device or print.
Deleting Documents
It is important to note that once created, Senders (users with the ability to create documents) cannot delete finished documents and agreements; only drafts can be deleted. It is possible for ITS to delete documents on request if necessary, but only once the document has been canceled, declined by all necessary parties, or has expired.
