Generating Webex Event Reports

Question

How do I generate reports in Webex Events?

Answer

Event hosts can generate usage reports for each online event they have hosted. The data can be exported or downloaded into a comma-separated values (CSV) file which can then be opened in a spreadsheet program such as Microsoft Excel. Reports can also be printed.

Generating a Report

  1. Navigate to the Webex application.
  2. Select Insights from the left navigation menu.
  3. Select View More in the upper right-hand corner.
  4. Choose the type of report you want to generate.
  5. Specify your search criteria, such as a date range for which you want to view report data.
  6. Select Display Report.

Sorting Data in Reports

  • To change the order in which report data is sorted, select the column headings. The report data is sorted by the column that has an arrow next to the column heading.
  • To reverse the sort order, select the column heading.
  • To sort using another column, select that column's heading.
