I am low on printer supplies for my office/department printer, how can I order more?

All new and/or existing University-owned HP or Xerox network printers are covered under a Managed Services Agreement that includes all supplies except paper. If your office or department is in need of printing supplies, please contact ComDoc. ComDoc is BGSU’s contracted printing management company in charge of all University printing, copying and scanning needs.
Any printer item labeled as a Customer Replaceable Unit (CRU) is to be ordered and replaced by the user. CRUs generally consist of drums (image units), toner, waste containers, fusers, and maintenance kits, and have an anticipated turnaround time of 2-3 days.

Contacting ComDoc for Printer Supplies
When contacting ComDoc for supplies by phone, dial 1-800-321-4846 and select Option 2. If you are unable to, or uncomfortable with, replacing these supplies on your own, you may also use this option to request technician assistance. If you are ordering over the phone, please make sure to ask the ComDoc representative for your order number, in case you need it to track the status of your order.
To order supplies online create an account at my.comdoc.com. You will need your building's ComDoc Company ID/Number when setting up your MyComDoc account. For assistance setting up an account, email ServiceandSuppliesOnline@xerox.com.
Please have the device's model number and ComDoc contract number (located on the front of your machine) readily available and allow at least three business days for supply delivery.
Standard Shipping/Tracking
In general, you should receive shipping/tracking info from com-supplies@xerox.com within 1-2 days after the order has shipped.

Overnight Shipping
Ground shipping/freight for printer supplies is included at no charge as part of BGSU's agreement with ComDoc. Overnight shipping can be selected at an additional cost unless the overnight shipping is required because the item is back ordered. In those cases, ComDoc would waive the overnight charge. If the charge is not waived, please follow up with Adam Rich (adam.rich@xerox.com) and Joseph Morgan (joseph.morgan@xerox.com).
Supplies on Back Order
After placing an order for supplies with ComDoc, if the items are on backorder you can wait for the amount of time suggested for delivery of the backordered product, or if the product is needed ASAP you can call back the next day. On the second call, ask for a service call and say the machine is down. This allows ComDoc to escalate the request in hopes that the product can be delivered sooner.
