Granting Alternate Host Permission to a Meeting Attendee Within an Existing Meeting


How do I grant alternate host permissions to a meeting attendee within a meeting I have already created/scheduled?


  1. Sign in to 

  1. Select the Meetings menu on the left-hand side.

  1. Select which meeting you would like to have an alternate host designated to. 

  1. Under the Who is invited section, find the attendee whom you would like to designate as your alternative host

  1. Select the ellipses (three dots) located to the right of that attendee's name and select Assign Alternate Host.
