Granting Alternate Host Permission to a Meeting Attendee Within a New Meeting


How do I grant alternate host permissions to a meeting attendee in a new meeting?


  1. Sign in to 

  1. Select the Schedule button on your homepage.

  1. Complete the appropriate information fields to reflect your meeting.

  1. Manually add the person you would like to have alternatively host your meeting in the Attendees section 

  1. Once they are added, an icon that looks like a user with a check mark will appear next to their name. Select the icon to make that user an alternate host for that specific meeting. Please note that the icon will be highlighted indicating that it is selected

  1. Select Schedule once you have filled in the needed information for your meeting
