Guidelines
ITS strongly suggests that persons reserving an area test their software in the reserved area well in advance (ITS recommends at least 5 business days) of their reservation.
If the software needed is not already installed in the computer lab, a request will be needed at least 10 business days in advance. If the software has not been previously used on campus, it will need to be reviewed through the university’s software procurement process, which could take a minimum of 45 days for review.
The person making the reservation is considered responsible for all equipment in the computer lab during the reserved period.
