Accessing Adobe Creative Cloud Software

Question

How can I gain access to software in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite?

Answer

Faculty and Staff

Personal devices:

Active employees whose primary affiliation is faculty or staff can access Adobe Creative Cloud applications (PhotoShop, InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Adobe XD and Adobe Acrobat DC)  on their personal devices using their BGSU credentials. However, they must download and install the software directly from the Adobe website. You must already be on the BGSU Adobe license to access on a personal machine. If you have any of the Adobe Creative Cloud software on your university device, you are already on the license. If you are not already on the Adobe license, you can request to be added to the Adobe license by filling out the University Device Software Install Request.

University devices:

If you are an Active BGSU employees whose primary affiliation is faculty or staff and do not have access to the Adobe Creative Cloud software or would like to request installation of Adobe software on your university device, please submit a request to ITS using our University Device Software Install Request.

Students:

BGSU is not able to provide Adobe Creative Cloud licences to students for use on personal devices. Students will be unable to access Adobe Creative Cloud on personal devices using their BGSU credentials. BGSU makes Adobe products available to students through many of the computer lab locations on campus. You can view software available at each lab location by clicking on this link: BGSU Lab Software.
